How long will it take to build my home?

How long will it take to build my home?
Once we receive the building permit for your home, the time frame is 150 days.

I want someone else to supply my lighting fixtures. Can I do that?
Flexibility is the hallmark of your Dallis Designer Home experience. If you want someone else to supply an item in your new home, we’re happy to accommodate you. We’ll even give you credit towards your purchase price.

If we want to change the fireplace to another place in the home will it cost us?
No, you may place your fireplace anywhere on the first floor without additional cost to you, as long as it
is on an exterior wall.

Yes, just let us know exactly where you would like to build, and we will take a look at the site.

What size furnace do your homes carry?
We use 80% efficient Carrier furnaces.
Not only do we use this great brand name, we also put cold air returns in every room, not just one per floor. An 80% efficient Carrier furnace will use less energy and last longer than most other furnaces. This means your heating bill will be lower.

Can we put our furnace anywhere in the basement we want?
Yes, you will need to upgrade your hot water heater and furnace to do so. The cost is minimum, and you will recoup that cost by the amount you will be saving on your energy bill with the upgrade.

Can I change your floor plans to
meet my needs?
Yes! We are a very flexible builder. We will take out walls, put in walls, make doorways larger, and add cathedral or vaulted ceilings. Anything you want, we can do.

Yes! We have an in house drafting team that can draw and create any home you have in mind.
